Primary Program 2012

We had our annual primary program (officially called Sacrament Meeting Presentation) at the end of October.  Since I'm still the Primary music leader, it's a big day for me!  This was my 3rd year leading the primary music for the program, and while I was much less nervous than the first year, it still stresses me out.  I have no idea why though, because the kids always do an amazing job and I always feel blessed to be a part of it.  Here are my handsome boys before we left for church.  Jack was still too young to be in it (he'll be in it next year!) but the other two boys did a great job saying their line in the microphone (they both had it memorized).  Adam sang well, too, and Kyle sang some ... but mostly he just had a really hard time staying still up there surrounded by all his little friends.  Have I mentioned that he's in a class of like 9 little boys and 1 girl?  Yeah, it's pretty crazy.  Anyway, it turned out to be a good day.  Especially because, when I came home exhausted from the stress involved (plus being up during the night the week before with a sick baby - Asher had his first cold) Rob said, "Go lay down.  I'm making dinner." What a sweetie.  Now I'm excited that we get to sing Christmas songs in primary until the end of the year!
