I am way behind with blogging, but one thing I've been meaning to post about is some of the creative things Adam comes up with. For example: Chewing Magazine. He's had a bit of a gum obsession lately, thanks to his Grandpa M. who is always willing to buy him some when he comes to visit. :) So one day he decided to make a magazine all about gum. Above is the cover, and inside was basically a quiz with questions that had to do with gum. "How hard was my gum at first? A. rock hard B. staleish C. kinda soft or D. super soft". Another was "I have 2 pieces of gum. Grandma gives me 11 more. How many pieces do I have?" and the answers he listed were "A. 2 B. 13 C. 1,000 and (my favorite) D. I'm crazy, so none of the above."
He still likes to read a lot, and I like how after he reads a book he comes up with some game or activity that goes along with it. For example, after reading books that have comics in them, he started writing his own comics. And after reading a book about a cat running for cat president, he decided we should have a family president and held a vote. Sometimes I wonder what kind of job he'll have when he grows up ... hopefully something that uses all that creativity!

Adam only wrote his own name and Kyle's name on the ballots. Adam ended up winning ... he had a better platform. :)
